COMMISSION PROCESS

Commissions are unique, individual pieces created on request. If you are interested, please read the below to find out a little more information and you can reach out directly if you have any questions.

I only take one commission per month. Currently I have availability in July, August, September and October.

HOW DO I CREATE THE UNIQUE DESIGN?

To get started I will ask you to provide a few sample pictures of the subject for me to work from. These can be your own pictures or images of the internet. I will also ask you to share any additional specifications that you have (if you want anything to be added / removed / colour scheme preferences).

After this i will create a rough digital sketch with some suggested colour compositions. I will work with you to make refinements until you are happy with the draft.

HOW LONG WILL YOUR COMMISSION TAKE?

The time can vary significantly depending on the complexity of the individual piece. I target completion within a month. However, I will keep you regularly up-dated throughout the process.

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT PROCESS WORK?

Once we have finalized the sketches, I will take half of the cost of the artwork up front.
Once the painting is finished I will take the second half of the payment before I ship or deliver the painting.
The process for making payments comes by way of email in invoices and you can pay by bank transfer.

HOW MUCH DOES A COMMISSION COST?

The cost will vary dependant on your specific design but here are a few examples to help in your decision process:

For an additional £50, you can receive a digital copy of my artwork. Note: you cannot use my artwork for commercial purposes without a pre-arranged contract.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ARTWORK?

I will ship the final artwork using a courier service. The artwork will be packaged to prevent against damage during transportation.

If you have opted to receive a digital copy, you will be sent a private link where you will be able to access the file in jpeg format.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

As this is a custom made product, that requires significant investment from myself, I cannot offer refunds on these products. I will be closely in touch with you throughout the process to ensure that you will be happy with the end result.
